Facing new challenges of digitalization in internal communications

How do organizations communicate to employees in the digital era? And how do they meet their specific needs? This work aims to map the complex knowledge of organizational communication in the context of current trends which have a major impact on organizational communication. Due to technological progress and new digital tools, internal communications are facing new challenges of losing interest and reach of their audience, i.e. employees. In the theoretical framework of this paper, the attempt was to introduce the general idea of communication within an organization, its functions, objectives and strategy. In the following chapters I have introduced the channels which are widely used when reaching to employees. As evaluation of effectiveness plays an important role in this domain, I have pointed out the key metrics which communicators should focus on when measuring internal communications. Communication in the digital era is no doubt a challenge and must change in order to meet the specific needs of the target group, however, what if the challenge lays not in the channel but in the target group? Analysis of internal communication in a specific organization

The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the system of internal communication in a specific organization. The first part, I define the concept of information, every detail of the theoretical concepts related to the topic of communication, the system of internal communication channels of communication. In the second part I will prepare an analysis of the internal communication in a transnational organization Takko Fashion clothing, s. r. o., I will survey its information flows and resources and I will create the schematic diagram of the Organization internal communications network. In the form of questionnaires, find out what effect they have on staff. In conclusion, summarise the results and propose a solution to eliminate the barriers to corporate communications. Communication process among caring staff in a nursing home contextualized with standards for quality in social services: analysis and implementing changes in the structure of multidisciplinary staff meeting.

This thesis deals with communication process among staff in a nursing home (the facility requested not to be named). It deals as well with implementing change in the structure of multidisciplinary staff meeting in the same nursing home to improve team cooperation and to fulfill Standards for Quality in Social Services. In four chapters of the theoretical part, author follows introduction to the topic of human communication and intracompany communication to determine researched domain. For the same reason author later deals with subject of teams, it's creation, leadership and team roles. Third chapter pursues topic of meetings, their benefit, types and rules how to conduct an effective meeting. Theoretical part ends with contextualization of communication process within the Standards for Quality in Social Services. Practical part contains diagnostics of communication process among staff in a nursing home that showed the need to conduct change in the structure of multidisciplinary staff meeting. Other chapters deal with the process of the change from the stage of laying out the goal of the change, over diagnosis of the actual state of the meeting with the use of qualitative research to the phase of a creation of a new methodic directive for multidisciplinary staff meeting. Importance of communication elements for management

The thesis deals with communication in managerial practice. The aim is to identify the importance managers attach to specific elements of communication. Each of us sees communications as natural and normal activity. However, communication should always correspond to what purpose is served and what style should be used. In conjunction with the management of activities is already communicating on a higher level with its specific aspects. Now setting effective communication is essential for the operation of the company, which alone can compete. Communication is also also an important part of company activities, since it is managerial communication significantly affects not only the prosperity of the company and its operations, but also employee satisfaction and the ability to motivate and to achieve the goals. Managerial communication also helps to manage communications managers and develop their skills. Outputs, which can be obtained by processing data can serve seam managers involved in the research, using data which we obtained via questionnaire. They can then apply not only in their work but also for other workers in the company.
The communication in the international student organisation

The aim of the bachelor thesis ,,The communication in the international student organisation" is the adaptation process analysis of the new members of Prague Local Committee, based on the Local Training Conference Let's Prague. The theoretical part is dedicated to understanding of the process of communication in the work environment, the adaptation, the importance of the psychological contract and the commitment of the employees. In the end of this part is mentioned the problematic of non-profit organisations. In the practical part is described the organisation AIESEC, its structure, culture, communication and the meaning of the conferences as the part of the additional education of the members. Based on the output of several semi-structured interviews was composed a questionnaire, whereby the results has been interpreted in terms of successful adaptation of the new members. With the help of internal documents and with the analysis of the adaptation tools are in the practical part offered suggestions for the Prague Local Committee, how to increase the effectiveness of introducing the organisation and its task to the new members.
Analysis of Internal Communication in Company OSMA zpracování plastů, s.r.o.

Theme of this thesis is internal communication in company OSMA zpracování plastů, s.r.o.. Main aim is to find out the ways and quality of communication in this company. Text is divided into three parts. As a first step the methodological solutions are defined. These are aim and subject of the work, hypothesis about communication in company OSMA and methods of solution. Next theoretical part describes the social communication and consequently focuses on communication inside the company. The crucial part of this thesis is practical part. It contains interpretation of the results, verification of given hypothesis and suggestions how to improve findings.
Interaction and communication in the organization

The main target of this work was to found out if efficiency of communication in organization and worker relations impact company work. In the theoretic part, it was approached what communication is, its varieties, functions etc. Another thing I pointed out are interactions and assertivity. In the practic part there is depicted a way of research that was carried out by quantitative and qualitative method in the Czech post office subsidiary Písek 1. Questionnaires were handed out among ordinary workers and interviews proceeded with executives. Surveillance was made as well. From facts that were acquired by research the hypothesis was confirmed. Good-class information, communication and good worker relations are very important. Recommendations, which I created for company, are focused on workers rating, furthermore on alluded information quality and their amount and on well-timed spreading of them. Change of strategy and targets definition, what would give better information about future work changes to employees of all Czech post office, s.e. Employees would work more effectively.
